CZ Billet Backing Plate
Replaces the stock steel bar and stamped aluminum cover used on CZ MX bikes. It weighs about the same as the stock two pieces but is a much thicker/stronger component that looks very trick and performs even better.
Features:
One piece billet construction, 6061 T6 aluminum alloy, two piece shouldered bushing for the brake cam, o-ring seal in the brake cam bushing, new highly corrosion resistant nitronic stainless steel brake shoe pivot/brake stay mount, and new self locking fastener for the brake stay and a cool raised CZ logo!
The stock backing plate setup used on CZ's have long been a sore spot, CZ guys know what I am talking about -bent, dented, worn through, flexing, scraps when it rolls, center plate bowed from use... CZ Emulator ready Damping Rod Kit
This is the ultimate fork upgrade for your CZ. Everyone that has ever utilized a properly set up cartridge emulator knows how nice they work. If you have never used them your missing something. The big problem has been the fact that a CZ guy has one of two types of rods - Stock CZ or aluminum aftermarket rods. Neither have enough flow to utilize the emulator (Especially the aluminum rods) and the stock rods have limitations including travel and flow. Machining the I.D. is not practical or safe in the aluminum rods.
All new rod kit features:
- 1mm oversize diameter steel rods
- Sealing ring groove machined
- Emulator ready. (Machined couplers with ring grooves not needed)
- Already cross drilled and chamfered with proper sized compression flow holes and rebound holes...
- New snap ring and sealing rings are included.
- Instructions on setup
You get 2 all new damping rods ready to go. Just buy the emulators from the retailer of your choice and adjust spring length if needed.
***Buyer will need to ship back some small internal pieces as a core. The cost of this machining is included in the purchase price.
